These Terms of Service constitute an agreement ("Agreement") between Look International, ("SINPIN", “www.mysinpin.com”, “ www.misinpin.com ”, “Look International”, “we” or “us”) and the user (“Customer” or “you”) for prepaid or post paid communications services and related features provided by SINPIN ("Service") where an electronic or written Agreement does not exist for services purchased from www.mysinpin.com and accessed by the Customer through this website, through SINPIN Customer Service Center, or through SINPIN’s authorized sales agents.
BY ACTIVATING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND FULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Standard text messaging rates may apply. To Opt-Out of the SMS portion of Look Internationals Service please reply with the word “STOP”. Look International abides by all FCC Anti Spam laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Look International, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs incurred. By replying to an SMS sent to you by Look International with the word “STOP”, Look International agrees to refrain from sending notifications to you via SMS.
UNLAWFUL USE You shall use the Service only for lawful purposes. Look Internationalreserves the right to immediately cancel your Service without notice, if, in our sole discretion, Look International determines that you have used the Service for an unlawful purpose.
MISCELLANEOUS
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Look International products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Martin County, Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Look International products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. www.mysinpin.com 's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Look International is the carrier providing prepaid calling services and sells VoIP services to Customers through this website. Any claim or complaint as to quality of service, service interruption or furnishing of services shall be directed to the attention of Look International for resolution. Service outages may occur due to external events not within the control of Look International. Look International will not be liable for any such outage, and customers shall have no right to any refund, credit, compensation or damages from Look International due to such outages or any other situation arising that is not in the control of Look International.
USE OF SITE
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a www.mysinpin.comor other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. REFUND POLICY
Look International will not offer any refunds or reimbursements for purchases made through www.mysinpin.com. All complaints and issues should be directed in writing via email tosupport@mysinpin.com. Look International further reserves the right to terminate any dormant account that has not been used for a period of ninety (90) days or longer. No refunds will be provided for any prepaid balance remaining on an account that is terminated as a result of being dormant.
SECURITY ISSUES
www.mysinpin.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Look International however shall not be responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make purchases on this web site nor shall Look International be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs.
RATES AND BILLING
By using SINPIN you agree to the following: prompted minutes are before applicable charges and fees. Application of surcharges and fees will reduce the total minutes available if not used on a single call. International calls made to cellular phones are billed at higher rates. Rates and fees may vary and are subject to change without notice. All calls are billed in one minute increments. Calls made using a toll-free access number are billed at a higher per minute rate(2.4¢/min). You may incur additional local and/or regional charges from your telephone service provider. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your SINPIN account. One or all of the following charges may apply: 1) a weekly maintenance fee of up to $0.49, 2) a per call service fee ranging between $0.01 and $1 depending upon length and destination of the call. For latest rates and fees, please consult customer service at 1-877-805-5665. Network services are provided by Look International, Inc.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
If Customer pays by credit card, Customer thereby authorizes Look International to charge the credit card account number for purchases made through www.mysinpin.com. The Credit Card charge will be reflected in your statement as “Look International”. Look International may terminate your account at any time, in Look International’s sole discretion, for declined credit cards or any other non-payment of account charges with the understanding, however, that Customer remains fully liable to Look International for all charges accrued from usage of Service and all charges incurred by Look International due to said declines. You must notify Look International in writing within 7 days after receiving your credit card statement if you dispute any charges on that statement or such dispute will be deemed waived.
TAXES
Any applicable sales, use, excise, utility or other taxes, fees or charges imposed on Look International as a result of providing the Service will be added to Customer's account when imposed or required by law.
ACCESS NUMBER AVAILABILITY
Availability to toll free and/or local access numbers is not guaranteed by Look International. Any service outages of the access numbers may be caused by other carriers or network operators and is not within the control of Look International. Customers should contact Look International’s customer support line at (877) 805-5665 with any issues when attempting to use an access number.
