How do I register to become a SinPin Agent?

To become a SinPin Agent, please fill out the SinPin Application or call 1-877-805-5665

 
How do I view my daily sales and profits?

It’s simple. First, Log in using your SinPin username and password. From the menu on the left select "Reports" and then select "Pinless Recharge Report." From there, you can select any date range to view your sales and profit.

 
What if I forget my username and password?

If you have forgotten your username and password, Please conact Agent Phone support at 1-877-805-5665

 
How do I void a transaction?

First, Log in using your SinPin username and password. From the menu on the left select "Reports" and then select "Pinless Recharge Report." From there, you can select the transaction you would like to void and click the "Void Transaction" button. You will see the transaction credited to your account immediately.

 
Can I create individual accounts for my employees?

Yes. Once logged in, from the "System Settings" tab, select "Manage SIPKernel Users." There you will be able to create logins for each of your employees. You may view sales from each user in the pinless recharge report.

 
How can I recharge my agent account?

Recharging your agent account is easy. Select Pay online from the System Settings menu. From there, you can fill in your Credit Card Information. SinPin also offers you the abitlity to be a consignment agent. With this option SinPin will draft your bank account each week

for your sales minus commission.

 

 
How can I check my SinPin payment history?.

Manage Distributor Profile is under System settings. It allows you to view Details about your account, View payment history, Commission, Setup Auto Recharge, and manage your recharge over the phone settings.

 
My customer says they are having trouble using SinPin.

First, double check that you entered the correct phone number. If they are still having trouble, please make sure that they do not have caller ID blocked on their phone. If the customer is still having problems, Please have them contact 1-877-805-5665

 
What if my business doesn't have a computer or internet?

Having a computer is no longer a requirement to sell SinPin. SinPin is the first Pinless Calling Card to offer recharge over the phone for thier agents. With our simple system and a few easy steps, you can easily recharge your customer's account from your business telephone.

 
How can my business promote with SinPin?

SinPin offers Text promotions for qualifying agents. You are able to choose the message you would like to send to your customers, and we send it to the SinPin customers in your area!
